Purpose of this program:
To provide a forum for settling disputes between carriers, shippers, and ocean transportation intermediaries on an informal basis, if possible, or by the institution of formal proceedings, if warranted. To offer assistance to cruise line passengers seeking reimbursement of deposits when a cruise is cancelled.
